OPTIONS Programs

OPTIONS (Opportunities Provided Through Interests, Outreach, Networking and Support) programs are designed to improve the quality of life for clients through skill building, education and enrichment.

Social & Vocational Rehabilitation
OPTIONS Rehabilitation Specialists work with clients to develop and implement programs which foster growth in communication and interaction skills while promoting autonomy and independent living skills.

OPTIONS Social Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation Specialists work with clients in the development and implementation of programs to foster clients’ growth in achieving autonomy and increasing independent living skills.

Activities include:
Supper Socials, trips to NYC, RI, Mystic, games, group projects, Women’s/Men’s groups, etc.

OPTIONS Vocational Rehabilitation
OPTIONS Vocational program provides a wide range of services to support clients in their effort to obtain competitive employment or to explore career options. The program is client-driven with the staff and client working as a team to identify the client’s interests, preferences, vocational strengths, employment barriers, and special needs. Individuals are trained in job seeking, placement and retention skills.
